Adult Education:  The House of Representatives

Welfare Reform:  The House of Representatives

An analysis of H.R.240, the new Personal Responsibility, Work, and Family Promotion Act of 2005, cites issues related to adult education and literacy.  Of particular interest is Section 601 of Title VI, Program Coordination Demonstration Projects, allowing Governors to use adult education funds for coordination projects (the "superwaiver provisions").
