• The National Institute for Literacy's LINCS Special Collection on Policy and Legislation provides useful and timely information on major issues in the literacy field.

• The Office of Vocational and Adult Education, U.S. Department of Education website contains legislation related to adult education and literacy, as well as career and technical education.  The website also contains guidance and policy memoranda regarding the implementation of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, Title II of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.
